Meditation Workshop
Meditation is part of all great spiritual traditions. It is the skill of becoming more mindful, present, and compassionate. - it transforms the practitioner, leading back to the source of consciousness.
Through meditation we learn how to recognize, cultivate, and harness the massive spiritual power that we are each born with.
This workshop is suitable for both new and experienced meditators. Each workshop consists of guided meditations, topic of the day, and a question period.
